CRM can offer innovative schemes incorporating water re-use, attenuation of stormwater, or on-site managed infiltration. A full solution from roof to re-use or discharge can be designed and implemented often giving cost savings over more traditional approaches.
CRM, unlike many box manufacturers, can provide an objective assessment of the best solution for a site, which may involve box structures, oversized pipes, but also green solutions to SuDs.
Often seen as the ideal by the Environment Agency, green solutions utilise infiltration and attenuation basins and treatment ponds with suitable planting to reduce oil and silt contamination of water before discharge. This can often reduce the requirement for costly underground drainage infrastructure, and provide significant amenity benefits on site.
